The Taiz Military Axis announced on Thursday that 38 Houthi militants were killed or injured during intense ground engagements and five airstrikes targeting their positions and gatherings across several fronts in the province. The operations also resulted in the destruction of three military vehicles and a 14.5mm heavy machine gun.
The military axis's media center reported that the armed forces, supported by popular resistance, repelled Houthi attacks in the Sabr fronts, particularly on the outskirts of Kahlan in Al-Masrakh district and the Al-Shaqab area in Sabr Al-Maudam district. These engagements inflicted significant casualties on the attackers and led to the destruction of two military vehicles.

In a related development, warplanes from the armed forces conducted five airstrikes. Two of these strikes targeted a Houthi training camp in the village of Tabashah, in the Al-Ashab area west of Taiz, which the media center stated was used for training and consolidating militants for attacks on the city. Two other airstrikes targeted Houthi gatherings and vehicles in the Al-Dabab area, with one strike resulting in the destruction of a military vehicle carrying a Houthi leader.
